Museum [for a day] will feature over a dozen pieces of restored vintage railroad equipment and several authentic period vehicles on display in a 150-year-old train yard. Once Boonton Yard has been arranged on the evening prior to Museum [for a day], we will celebrate this historic gathering of railroad heritage with an exclusive photographic opportunity.

At 7:00 PM on Saturday, September 24, 2016, the URHS is inviting up to 30 people to join us in a staged night photo shoot. The famous Hickory Creek, Erie SW9 #436, and several other pieces of equipment will be professionally lit with both constant lighting and flashes by experienced night photographer Brian Alesin. Actors and props will be added throughout the shoot to add character and historic authenticity to photographs, and the limited availability of tickets will ensure a casual and intimate experience with the URHS railroad collection.

All lighting at this unique event will be provided. Participants are asked to bring cameras, tripods, and sturdy closed-toe shoes (boots are preferred).

Tickets are only $20, and the 30 available spaces will sell out rapidly. You may purchase your tickets (along with your Museum [for a day] tickets at the link below. If you have any questions, or problems with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'll see you at the yard!
